Nielsen is a global measurement and data analytics company that provides the most complete and trusted view of consumers and markets worldwide. An S&P 500 company, Nielsen has operations in over 100 countries, covering more than 90% of the world’s population. They approached us to develop a mobile solution that would enable them to collect and transmit user data such as demographic information for research purposes.
As this was going to be a first of its kind mobile application, thus after detailed market research, we set out to develop a mobile application providing both the best user experience and quality surveys based on the location of a user.
As the app was envisioned to trigger surveys to users based on their real-time location, our technical analysis team identified all the important sections that were to be made accessible to users. This helped our design team to create elegant and sophisticated wireframes keeping the interface design in mind.
The biggest challenge for our UI/UX designers was to design the app in an intuitive way - without compromising on the user experience in any way. On the basis of the wireframes created by them earlier, they designed the app keeping the designs minimal and classy.
Finally, the day came when we showcased the final product to the Nielsen team and our happiness knew no bounds when they said how much they loved the app design and it turned out to be even better than it was imagined to be.
